Based on our customer’s technology level our 5 licensed NC contractors work closely with our homeowners through our website, by phone, face time, video, and pictures. The majority of our customers are building from afar, so we provide clear communication to reduce our customer’s stress level. Our goal is to help streamline the process so the customer experience exceeds their expectations. Communication is Key!

On Time

We are proud to run our quality custom home building company with careful planning and a detailed construction process. Barker & Canady Custom Homes uses the same experienced subcontractors for each custom home to ensure the quality and attention to detail is never lacking. Our custom homes are completed in 11-12 months from footer installation. If a homeowner wants to make any revisions during the process we are fully transparent on how the change impacts the timeline or cost.
